Cathy, an Associate Realtor Broker of Connecticut Condo Connection has been involved in Condominium Management since 1980 after purchasing a condo unit herself. Promptly she became involved in the administration of her complex after being elected to the Board of Directors that same year.
Since purchasing her first unit where she resides she has held positions as Director, President and Secretary. In 1986 Cathy served on two Association Boards simultaneously as President.
After just two years of experience, in 1988 Cathy excelled in her career and began working as a Condominium Manager for RPM in New Haven, CT. Within a twelve year time frame she moved up the ladder and worked for two other management companies. Due to her achieved success at each company she earned the respect of the complexes she was in charge of and they loyally followed her to new office locations.
Cathy believes strongly in continuing education and in July 2000 & 2001 she earned her designation with “Certified Mangers of Community Associations, CMCA & AMS; Association Management Specialist.” To retain the designations she commits to annual classes working toward a PCAM (Professional Community Association of Managers) the highest designation available.
Since 1997 when she first earned her Real Estate License Cathy progressed rapidly and by 2001 she obtained her Broker’s License. She believes in moving forward, honesty, respect, tenacity and persistence are the keys to the success in the world of business.
