Carolyn Capozziello, Owner, CMCA & AMS Manager & Broker Realtor
Carolyn, owner of Connecticut Condo Connection, began her Real Estate career in 1977 as a Sales Agent in Naugatuck, CT. Originally from Bridgeport, CT; she saw the advantage of a wonderful opportunity for first-time homebuyers. It didn’t take long before she became one of Naugatuck’s “Top Sellers” and consistently held that position with the Allstate Associates Real Estate Company.
In 1983, Carolyn teamed up with a local property developer to open her own Real Estate Company in Middlebury. In 1991 she began her career in Condominium Management when she secured the top job as the on-site manager for a 183-unit complex.
By 1997 Carolyn was an Association Manager for eleven complexes spread out over Shelton, Southbury, Naugatuck and Waterbury. By 1998 she changed management companies and the complexes she managed moved with her.
As a savvy business woman, Carolyn invested in several condominiums for her personal investment port folio. She’s served on the Board of Directors since 1995 as Vice President for one of her investment properties.
She believes strongly in continuing education and in July 2000 & 2001 she earned her designation with “Certified Mangers of Community Associations, CMCA & AMS, Association Management Specialist.” To retain the designations she commits to annual classes working toward a PCAM (Professional Community Association of Managers) the highest designation available.
Carolyn’s wisdom, sense of humor and up front honesty as a way of resolving problems are what make her a trustworthy and strong Condominium Manager. She has a no nonsense professional approach to the collection of common fees and has no problems coping with disciplinary actions when needed to maintain the higher standard of living with properties she manages.
