Carolyn M. Capozziello and Catherine M. Luciano established Connecticut Condo Connection and 3 C's Real Estate in May of 1998. Initially the company was formed to provide Real Estate sales and rentals of condominiums in the greater Waterbury and New Haven county areas.
After two very successful years, Connecticut Condo Connection and 3 C's Real Estate expanded its services to provide Association Management for Condominium Associations. We found many Board of Directors are looking for quality management for their Association needs and concerns. As you will see in the profiles, our company strives to provide our client Associations with top quality experience and skills, with a very human touch. We say exactly what we mean and do exactly what we say.
Connecticut Condo Connection belongs to the Community Association Institute (CAI) and we encourage as well as participate in all the educational programs they offer on a National and State level. The CAI is the only organization where Association Managers learn educational information to better manage Condominiums Associations. Unlike many management companies that will only pay their annual dues to be members, our company enthusiastically supports our staff to attend and master new education programs.
